Day-Of Coordination

You did the planning — we’ll run the show. Starting 4 weeks before your event, we jump in to bring your vision to life and make sure everything flows seamlessly.

  • One-hour rehearsal coordination the day before
  • Full-day event coverage from setup to send-off (up to 10 hours)
  • Personal décor setup and teardown
  • Vendor coordination + timeline execution
  • Point person for venue, vendors, and any hiccups
  • Final timeline & layout (provided by you) reviewed and shared with venue 2 weeks out
  • Optional Add-On:

  • Events over 200 guests or complex logistics may require a second coordinator (+$300)
  • Full Event Consultation
